a few words
It’s quite frustrating to deal with issues, pain, or suffering without relief or resolution I got stuck, INTENSELY, for years. The universe rained on me monthly for years and I could not get traction with job transitions. It was awful- pinched nerves, slipped discs, long Covid, and multiple deaths. The body holds static energy when we experience too much for too long or too much too fast. Talk therapy hit a wall and we know that traumatic incidents resolve primarily with physical movement. But what happens if you’re bed-ridden from Covid? You learn to care for yourself from a fragile and vulnerable place until you regain stability and strength, no matter what it takes. These struggles and solutions helped me develop as a person and create a unique work style. The intention is heart centered supported by extensive training and technique. It is easier for you to relax and release when I show up as a friend first and therapist second.
Craniosacral Therapy and massage
Each modality serves a different purpose which is why my sessions are integrated. Every piece of us might need a new type of touch or technique so I blend what I know to customize my sessions
